1.
Before I start on Lit revision tonight I'm going to take an hour, till nine, to cleanse my desk and mind and laptop of any annoyances. Doesn't help that my iPhone's battery inexplicably pookchaked.

2.
I suppose I'm stretching my luck on some things, but I doubt I'll get to stretch my luck much longer hereon. Is it a sign of weakness and burnout that all I really think about these days are meals with friends and family, over which the same inevitable topics are raised. Is it a phase or something I'm settling into, I really don't know.

3.
The weight of expectation isn't that unbearable when there are people who you know will be sad and be there for you should you fail to live up to it. I think the bitter irony is that I always root for the underdog, and I fight the hardest when I'm an underdog. I probably run faster when people are booing, and fastest when I've a point to prove haha. So unhealthy.
