sometimes it's not the epiphanies that are the most beautiful; it's the little ideas that you incubate. you neglect them, take them out for entertainment on occasion, dismiss them. wash and repeat, purifying them.

through this you box in, day after day, on conclusions that supersede the foregone conclusions of old. the minutiae get more and more difficult to work with, and you get more and more skeptical and confused,

but there's the faith there will be something elegant there in the end

and you have to deal with that eventuality, risky and hard to accept as it may be.
