Part of the reason why some people fail at teaching is because there's no human element involved.

IVLE isn't a perfect substitute for everything. Nor are notes, textbooks, etc. Or sheer monotony.

Not when you're learning a dead subject through dead means.

It's like driving a pneumatic drill through a vampire when a stake would do.

Oh wait, at least a stake's effective.

For the monotony, complete professionalism might be somewhat associated with it, but ohwell. Objective criticism doesn't sit well with most people I suppose. Even if it WAS like kind of talking behind others' backs. Which wasn't entirely true, given the remarkably short distance and my horrific eyesight. For those who aren't in the know, kindly ignore this short tirade.

Bitching in abstraction's an art okay. And as with all arts, I fail miserably at concealing the bitter angst underneath.

Nonetheless, shall end with a smile :D Nothing much else you can do at 3am besides smile daftly and act balooney. Be balooney actually, and correct yourself all the time.
