After a number of games of Attack! on Facebook (a rather nifty application I should say) and some research on the Internet, I've decided to blog again!
Risk isn't a trademark of Mattel, believe it or not. It isn't half registered, strangely. Maybe its because no one likes Risk. They like Security.
Sidetracking, I bought a dirt-cheap set of Risk (fake, obviously, but for the abovementioned reason, I doubt its against the law in any way.) for about 16SGD.
Which spurs me to do a proper post for once. (but again, saying nothing about myself la)
Risk (as its name obviously implies), is very risky!
Internet vs Real-life Risk
Admittedly, I haven't played much real-life Risk, but I do know something. It's much harder to stonefacedly betray an alliance IRL than online. Speaks tons about face paint, does it not? In other words, its much easier bitchslapping someone online than face-to-face. Unless of course, you're a Super-duper-BitchFace.
Internet games tend to move much quicker, due to large amounts of time saved from the inexorable setup, and also the rapid dicerolls and consequent calculations.
Strategy
- If anyone wishes to play online risk, feel free to approach me...?
