Its been a while since I last typed a post within 12 hours of each other, but ah well heck.

I feel inspired by the Stompcast thing, on their responses to "Life's a bitch because..."

And its strange, because all of them are strangely politically correct. Those that 'fess to wives having cancer wring the topic back into the positive with a simple "but" or "even if". I seriously doubt that's true of them, maybe its just teenage angst.

But anyhow, at least they're smarter than Xiaxue to keep their jobs. XX should take a leaf of out Zhang Li Ping's book, as to how to properly keep her job (while by no means secure)

Life's a bitch because...

It knows that the only viable alternative is death. Knowing that, it can extort whatever it wants from you, forcing you to endure the lot, seeing, smelling, tasting, hearing, touching rot.

This parasitic relationship you enjoy with that strain of life means that she can armtwist you to no end. This means that those really depressed only resort to self-mutilation, because they still have those heart-rending pangs for life, and would do lots for the sustenance of it. This expends social resources for counselling, detention an also education+awareness campaigns. Life's a waste of money ain't it. (joking.)

Everyone has life. Correction, life gives herself to everyone. One less carrier of life ain't no mean nothing to life the bitch. See, "Everyone has a right to life"

Humans desperately want to find a meaning, a purpose to it, something that is no less popularized by motivational books out to seek a quick buck. Most often there's no real meaning or purpose to it. And guess what, this's reinforced further, hmm, say "Everyone has a unique meaning and purpose to life, it is out there, you just have to find it." And those moderately sane go wtf at the LIES, the LIES. While those pleasantly deluded waste the better idealistic halves of their lives searching for this purpose. Those that do find it delude themselves further that it is in essence UNIQUE.

It is venerated, immortalized as something sacrosanct. It refuses to leave when it should leave. Think deformed babies, think cancer-stricken individuals who can't wait to join the netherworld. Now think Euthanasia, then think Suicide. I'm not seeing why policemen have the right to (even if they don't) handcuff corpses, do you?

It causes death. Hey look, Life probably has this nefarious partnership with Death. Probably for something like two lollies, life transfers all her clients without fail to Death, who graciously takes over. And uh, through the love of life, people wage war! Think 911, then think Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Then think Pearl Harbour, then think Thousands in Casualties. Think Serbian Archduke, then think WW1.
How hypocritical of life eh?

It is one heckuva evil landlady. Even the Singapore Government, who is known for its stinginess and profit-orientated approach towards governance, awards 99-year land leases at the very least (correct me if i'm wrong). Now look at Life the Bitch. It uh, only gives 80+ years on average at the very extreme of the scale. (and 34-36 years for the unlucky). Whatever happened to Freehold Properties! And of course, there's no choice but to suck it up. I mean, the Singapore Government lets you relocate (if you have the money) but Life the Bitch doesn't (because she has too much money anyway).

Mortal Sadist.

Thus Life is the Queen of the Seaside! :D

This must not be misinterpreted, I still love life heartily. To the extent that all I have are slashmarks on my wrists (but I even go so far as to hide them with friendship bands!). So here's to all, continue your love for life! (lest some entity extricates me from this blog for not being politically correct)

And yes, Life does Politics too.
