Hi world.

National day fever's a-catching, and we're red-n-white a-watching!

I was carving up Spelling Bee stuff at Tingyit's house (fine, was TRYING TO) and on the way there, we were counting red-n-white stuff.

A sampling of the things we spotted

1. SBS Buses
2. 17 different signboards
3. Toa Payoh Library
4. Three handbags
5. 8-t-shirts
6. 1 sports car
7. A Japanese flag
8. The roof off a pasar-malam-ish event
9. Roses in white wrapping
10. Our beloved Singapore Flag!

Is it any wonder we're more patriotic than normal during national day ;)

Anyhow, I'm relieved to say the least that my mom had to pick my dad and drop my sis and run a million errands before Parent-Teacher-Gathering. Which effectively meant that they weren't able to meet ANY of my teachers.

Which's a good thing, seeing how Muk and the rest got stabbed 侧面前面后面. Nothing was spared I suppose. I'm a luckyyy kid.

I escape another ordeal.

That said, there's lots of things to do this weekend, and as usual, I don't intend to touch any of them until say, midnight on Sunday. Which gives me 23 hours and 29 more minutes of slacking. :D
