I havn't been posting much, lately, because my viewership's stagnant, no one's tagging and there's nothign to blog about substantially. So I had to forgo this.
IRS's coming along like shit, sigh... Muk's 74 hours late with his portion, and I can't do mine without his. He promised it again by 7, but wth does he ever adhere to deadlines?
I've absolutely no idea if the diot Peter's back yet, we need his help to deliver the goods by 12 tmr, wtfwtf.
Meanwhile because I can't do anything about IRS, I've been doing the geog project. I've been like slackdoing it, so after 1-2 hours of intense doing (after subtracting the MSN, etc.) I've come up with something like 2.4k words.
I still havn't edited it, and I wonder why I'm investing so much effort in something that I don't need. Maybe it's a good deed, oh well = (
Meanwhile, while I wait, I received this rather inspiring email from Dion. Moral of the story, if you want spam to be read then don't send it too often = )
One day, a = poor boy who=20 was selling goods from door to door to pay his way
through = school,=20 found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.
He = decided he=20 would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost
his = nerve when=20 a lovely young woman opened the door.
Instead of a meal he = asked=20 for a drink of water. She thought he looked
hungry so brought = him a=20 large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and
then asked, How = much do=20 I owe you?"
You don't owe me anything," she replied. = "Mother has=20 taught us never to
accept pay for a kindness."
He = said ...=20 "Then I thank you from my heart."
As Howard Kelly left that = house,=20 he not only felt stronger physically, but
his faith in God and = man was=20 strong also. He had been ready to give up = and
quit.
Many=20 year's later that same young woman became critically ill. The=20 local
doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big = city,=20 where they
called in specialists to study her rare=20 disease.
Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the = consultation. When=20 he heard the
name of the town she came from, a strange light = filled his=20 eyes.
Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the = hospital to her=20 room.
Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. = He=20 recognized her at
once.
He went back to the = consultation room=20 determined to do his best to save
her life. From that day he = gave=20 special attention to her case.
After a long struggle, the = battle=20 was won.
Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass = the final=20 bill to him for
approval. He looked at it, then wrote something = on the=20 edge and the bill
was sent to her room. She feared to open it, = for she=20 was sure it would
take the rest of her life to pay for it all. = Finally=20 she looked, and
something caught her attention on the side of = the bill.=20 She read these
words ...
"Paid in full with one = glass of=20 milk"
Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.
Tears of joy = flooded her=20 eyes as her happy heart prayed: "Thank You, God,
that Your love = has=20 spread broad through human hearts and hands."
There's a = saying=20 which goes something like this: Bread cast on the waters
comes = back to=20 you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone
you = love at=20 the least expected time. If you never see the deed again = at
least you=20 will have made the world a better place - And, after all, = isn't
that=20 what life is all about?
Now you have two = choices.
1.=20 You can send this page on and spread a positive message.
2. Or = ignore=20 it and pretend it never touched your heart.
The hardest thing = to learn=20 in life is which bridge to cross and which to=20
burn.
Ah well, I did such a good deed by posting it on my blog, which incidentally enjoys skyhigh readership.... -_-''
Well, I'm left with Econs, IRS and half a chinese letter right now, *shrugs*
Can't remember if i've got any other homework omgg.
Well bye.
