Okay I two days never blog already, anybody missed me? Guess not. Anyway its peace with GSW. Gah, until he initiates the next war. Volatile tempers are... not in the least resplendent. Ugly, in fact. Never mind....
Well summarizing the two days in a few thousand words? Goody...I got time to spare anyways its FRIDAY. Heehee...
The new timetable for the term has finally been implemented. Lots of weird pulses in the timetable, leading to much undesired confusion. Giving us a break. Heh.
Anyway on Thursday morning it was Geography. Bull about Miss Foo and OSS. Haix. I pity that poor bloke. Then music, where we were entertained by Joseph antics and also the usual sick stuff. From the Sicko Quintiny. Muk, Shao Wee, Jerome, Yin Hong and Joseph. Well something I note. When the first four say sick stuff, people laugh. When Joseph says them, he is "courteously" asked to shut up. Yeah.
Maths wasn't pleasant at all. I find the class going at too slow a speed. God. English was normal.. and that means lots of sarcasm and lots of noise. Can't remember much GOD. Lit. Apart from the usual mimickings by Bill about Mr. Krison.... pretty okay. Watched Animal Farm part 2. Never interested in politics. Apathetic. Besides it didn't vary much from the book to warrant much interest.
Can't remember Chinese. ZOMG.
Stayed back for ANGLES training. Found out that the coaches got ENGLISH ACE for coaching us. Selfish intentions. Overday loss of respect. And I thought they were so nice as to sacrifice their time for us... Kah Hong said my content was pro. But around 3 times too long. He said Gregory's articulation and style was pro. He said Yarn Kit's hand movements were pro. Then Gregory was doing some weird techno kind of digimon fusion. To fuse us together. I was like. NONONO I DOWAN TO EVOLVE. Anyway. 2L was covered in powder. After the very stupid chapteh incident... Hoho... Tsk no more best class award! And Swee Kiat, my SENIORR!!! Got the Young Gentleman Award. I highly suspect he's the only one from GEP P6 2005 St' Hilda's batch to go to Hwa Chong.
Friday much more fun. "FUN". Dictionary checking competition was trumped by me and Bill, with an overwhelming 5 minute victory over the next team, which consisted of OSS and Zicong? Slacking... Bill being somewhat sick. Yeah.. anyway the Chinese stories are kind of interesting. KIND OF. Before some people from typical "ang moh" schools start shooting me down, I beat a retreat. Smart of me. Really. Wow.
PE! So fun! While the whole Lower Sec 1 Spark were sitting comfortably under the blazing sun, we had the utmost pleasure of running. 1.6... which I found rather easy. OMG did I REALLY say that? Dearie me. I think I went under 10 minutes because I sprinted the last lap? It was like. I practically doubled my speed and lapped Muk. Who was on his third round. I said hi while passing. Emoteless. Wadeverrrrrrrr. Anyway its okay ler. After the PEACE.
Maths. More boring stuff. But less boring. Binary stuff. With boring worksheets of course. Disillusioned. EVERYTHING IS BORING. Except for a few select lessons. *Grins*
English, where we went through a SUMMARY worksheet. And found out that we lost to 1N by so little because Mr Quek was biased towards them. So the disparity SHOULD be more. Grades are boring as well. Zomg. Depression?
History where we had a mock debate after a fruitless period. Sat COMFORTABLY on the bench slacking. Slack Slack Slack.
Infocomm which was supposed to be taken by Miss Foo! Yeah. So we toggled our FTPs online. I found out my error was the caps and the small letters having a problem. SUCH INDIGNANCE. I spent like 7 hours doing it? And I screwed it up in the end. Awesome?
NCC was FUN. Preparation for my uniform took almost all of my break. Jia Han as usual was superenthu and chaozai. Wei Cher and me lacklustre. At least I TRIED polishing my boots. Erm. and getting ready my beret. We assembled then we learnt a new drill. @*#^$*(#@^$(*#&@. FYI I can remember it when he says it. Otherwise. No.
PT was sheer euphoria. First, the spelling of HCINCC marked by pushups. Went like this

So it was 8+3+9+14+3+3 pushups. 40. Proud to say I standarded them ALL. The bad news was. That wasn't all. The NCOS kept giving us extra. ONE MORE FOR HCI! ONE MORE FOR NCC! ONE MORE FOR YOUR PARENTS! ONE LAST ONE FOR THE NCOs!
*Musical interlude of groans and ribcages breaking while the NCOs hold a mock discussion about what they had missed out. Pushup position on the rough floor. Around 5 minutes later they told us we had to do 3 more for kneecaps touching ground. NO FAIR. Yes and after an unbearably long wait, we did the LAST LAST one for ourselves. One might think thats all the joy we have in HCINCCPT. OF COURSE NOT. We proceeded to spell out Part A with crunches

Which translates into 16+1+18+20+1=56 crunches! Relaxing ones! The first few were easy, the last few saw my abdominal area hurt terribly. Sheer human endurance kept us there. Not nice at all.
Yes, is that all there is to the ecstasy in HCINCCPT? OF COURSE NOT! We did a legraise. Don't smirk its not easy after the above. 40-45 degrees above ground, straightened. Couldn't do it. So at a slightly inclined angle which managed to fool the NCOs. Wait a second. Everyone was doing that. We sang "peng you". But too soft and out of tune. So we had to redo. Which failed. Then in the end it was reciting the NCC pledge. Mean and sadistic NCOs. Gah. But ADJ was doing the exercises with us!
Then the relay run. Practically the only member of NCC to need morning jogs=ME. Yes, ME! Got into section 2, which doesn't look particularly appealing. Almost no hope. Somehow we pulled off a FLUKE. We had to run around 500-800 metres? Per relay? Aargh. The first six members of section 2 went strong. Built a lead of around 200+ metres over the second person. Thats a lot. Bill was next. Not exactly a RUNNER.... but he was the first one over tian xia zhi ma. And so he tagged me and i went off. First I jogged. Then someone said I would have to pump 50 if I let the lead widen. So I went off, faster than I ever had. Collided into a tracker. OOMPH. The wind out of me I managed to keep a steady pace of around 1.5-2 times my usual NAPFA speed. Tagged the wrong person, costing 7 seconds? Either way it was a good 3 minutes before the next came. Heh. I found out the pumps were a prank and I gave the person hell. Either way, Yuhan ended off everything by extending the lead to 400 metres. We pawned them. Literally. First time I've been in a winning team for running! Cool!
Yeah then we changed into our number 4 for inspection. Not routine because it was a first. We took around three times the allocated time. Struggling with my boots, then helping Bill struggle with his boots, then taking off my boots because I hadn't pulled my socks up then struggling with my boots again. Neutral polish.... instead of black. I screwed my boots up. Literally. Reminds me of a sick song Ben sang. Something about carpenters and screwing. Then the garters. When everything was done the feaaarredd GSL undid all my handiwork. Said it sucked. Literally. Omigodz. So I had to REDO. Some at least. In the end it turned out fine...

So that was pretty much it. End of story! No rants because nothing to rant about. So there! WILL TRY TO AVOId RAISING USELESS CLASSES!
