Okay, well I shall keep this short n sweet for once because I want to edit my html XD. Basic stuff...
Today we had our first student forum and I must say it was rather disappointing. The council went in the determined to put down all our ideas. Budget problem I guess... Never mind. I made some dumb comment and got a "point noted" back. Rather notable achievement. Must learn how to voice up more. Regardless whether its crap or not.
Got back history test. Borderline A1 due to wrong format. Heck, those formats kill. =(. Don't like it... I got 15/20 so thats REALLY borderline. Good thing is, I MIGHT still be exempted. Bad news is, I got around 15th in class? But thats okay... 19 or 15 its still an A1 and that's what counts. Didn't waste too much effort. Correction, I didn't put in ANY effort. I argued a lot as usual, kinda like in Mrs Yee's classes. (did I get the name correct? omg 2 years as SS teacher and I forgot?) Well in any case, I argued that the questions were completely irrational and the definitions were warped and unclear and the questions ought to have been rephrased. All that usual crap. XD. Mr Ong then got someone to "counsel" me because I was talking a trifle too erm.. loud. Yah and in passionate defence of my answer, which was definitely wrong, I argued my case that the right answer wasn't right after all. (if i have to die, I drag down the world) It ended in failure because Mr Ong wanted to stick to his definitions and there wasn't enough time I guess. BUT. I got 1 piece of paper (something like OP). See why HCI rocks? If I remember correctly, part of NUS's campaign was, "You can talk loudly in class." Heck, in HCI you get MARKS for talking in class. See my point? Well so my grades stood. Bleh... This time round tests all failures. Sobs. Got 20 suspected errors and 9 confirmed ones in my Jap test (?/40). Shall not talk about grades anymore. Have to look forward in life.
So... I shall talk about sick classmates. No offence. Went to the MOELC library today. I settled with a basic Jap book illustrating some nouns. Its like those A is for Apple books, you get the point. Flipping through, finding out strawberry was some weird name... Yeah. But then Yin Hong and Bill were flipping through the huge storehouse of Jap comics. Esp. initial D. Its really SICK. Terrible. =. Hope I don't get influenced too much. I still wish to preserve my pristine and clean mind (*chokes from reader*). Never mind. At least its much cleaner than lots of people.
